Apprenticeship Trivia

The Apprenticeship form of training dates back at least four thousand years! The Babylonian Code of Hammurabi (ca. 1790 BC) includes a law statingĀ "If an artisan has undertaken to rear a child and teaches him his craft, he [the child] can not be demanded back [by his birth parents]."
